What happens to my data?

Delete your account

Enter the phone number and password you use in the app to verify that this account belongs to you.

Include your country code, for example +963912345678.

Password

This action is permanent.

Your profile, friends, reviews, points and badges will be removed. Deleting your account does not cancel existing bookings or issue refunds.

Deletion is completed immediately after your details are verified.

What happens to your data

Removed immediately

Your name, phone, email, password, profile photo, profile details, assessment answers, friends, reviews, points, badges, news activity and personal notifications are removed. All account access tokens are revoked.

Records that remain

Booking, participation and payment records remain for reservation operations and payment reconciliation. Your account is marked deleted and its identity fields are cleared. Personal details in linked payment records are also removed.

These remaining records currently have no automatic expiry. This includes booking dates, amounts and transaction references.
